Cleitus a Staff Sergeant in the 111th Infantry. He served in the Pacific and was the first in his division to step foot on Japanese soil. While serving he helped to build a "radio bomb". He received the Bronze Star, the Pacific Infantry Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the Victory over Japan Arrow with two stars. Cleitus has a video about his campaigns that is over 1 and 1/2 hours
