Billy served in three wars. The Second World War, The Korean Conflict and the Vietnam. He retired as a Master Sergeant after serving from 1945 to 1970. Billy was an Army Photographer and Cinematographer. He won a Citation from the Army for winning "Best Picture of the Year". Click here to see a copy of the citation.
